FabCorp, Inc.'s commitment to quality and continuous improvement can be seen in its ever-expanding equipment list.

In 2003, alone, FCI has added:

• An additional 25,000 square feet of air conditioned Warehouse/manufacturing space to house our new UPGRADED Quality Control department and our new projected laser area.
• Two new Blanking Presses...125 Ton Bliss and a 75 Ton Federal
• Our 3rd CNC Controlled Robotic weld center with an auto-indexing rotary table
• Powder Coating; coating both our own in-house fabricated components and taking outside powder coating of components up to 9' x 10' x 22'
• A CNC controlled WaterJet cutting system.

In 2004, FabCorp added:

• (3) new Tube Benders
• Our 4th & 5th CNC controlled robotic weld centers
• Our 6th CNC controlled vertical machining center
• A new manual, vertical machine to our Tool & Die department
• A new Multi-Torch cutting machine
• A cnc vertical tilt-head saw

And already in 2005, we have added:

• Our 6th & largest CNC robotic weld center...a Genesis System dual Ferris wheel cell w/ Twin Robot weld heads (Feb 2005)
• (2) Trumpf 4000 watt Laser cutting centers w/ Trumpf TKL autoload & unload capacity (March 2005)
• (2) Trumpf TrumaBend CNC Press Brakes (100 & 150 ton x 12') (April 2005)
