FabCorp’s Robotic Welding division combines precision automation with decades of fabrication expertise to deliver consistent, high-quality welds across all project types. Our advanced robotic cells utilize Motoman, OTC, and Panasonic systems to achieve exceptional repeatability, accuracy, and weld quality—ideal for high-volume or complex assemblies where precision and speed are critical. Whether producing heavy plate weldments, subsea components, or turnkey assemblies, FabCorp’s robotic systems provide the efficiency and consistency demanded by modern manufacturing.
Operating within FabCorp’s 283,000-square-foot fabrication and machining complex in Houston, our robotic welding department benefits from the same vast infrastructure that supports our manual welding and fabrication teams. With more than 100 machines under one roof and dedicated robotic stations strategically integrated throughout the floor, FabCorp offers the scalability to handle small, medium, and large-format welded assemblies efficiently and safely. This expansive facility enables our robotic systems to operate seamlessly alongside machining and inspection, ensuring smooth workflow and rapid turnaround.
Our robotic welding complements—not replaces—our extensive manual welding operations. For projects that require specialized welds, certifications, or adaptive techniques, FabCorp’s certified welders perform MIG, TIG, and Sub-Arc processes alongside our robotic cells. Together, these departments ensure that every weld—automated or manual—meets FabCorp’s exacting standards for strength, accuracy, and durability.
